These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Client") and WebsitePakistan.com ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

All projects are governed by a detailed proposal or agreement that outlines the specific scope of work, deliverables, milestones, and timelines. Key points include:

• Project requirements, features, and functionality are defined in the approved proposal
• Any work outside the agreed scope constitutes a "change request" and may incur additional charges
• Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may vary based on client responsiveness and project complexity
• We deliver projects in phases (design → development → testing → launch) with client approval at each stage
• Final deliverables include source code, design files, and documentation as specified in the proposal

Payment terms are defined in each project proposal. Our standard payment policies include:

• All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise
• We accept payments via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, and other agreed methods
• A non-refundable advance payment (typically 50%) is required before project work begins
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final delivery or site launch
• Recurring services (hosting, maintenance, SEO) are billed monthly or annually as agreed
• Late payments beyond 14 days may result in project suspension and/or late fees

Timely and successful project delivery depends on active client participation. As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete content, images, and branding materials on time
• Respond to review requests and approval milestones within agreed timeframes
• Provide necessary access credentials (domain registrar, hosting, email, etc.)
• Designate a single point of contact for project communication
• Review and approve deliverables at each project phase
• Ensure all content provided is legally owned or properly licensed

Intellectual property rights are handled as follows:

• Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom design and content created specifically for their project
• We retain the right to use project screenshots in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses
• Our proprietary frameworks, code libraries, and internal tools remain our intellectual property
• Open-source components used in your project are governed by their respective open-source licenses

We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. Our revision and cancellation policies are:

• Each project phase includes a defined number of revision rounds (typically 2–3) as outlined in the proposal
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate
• Major design changes after approval of a phase may be treated as new scope
• Cancellation by the client after project commencement will forfeit the advance payment
• We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client breaches these terms or is unresponsive for 30+ days

While we strive for the highest quality and reliability in every project, our liability is subject to the following limitations:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages (hosting, domain, APIs, payment gateways)
• We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic volumes, or conversion rates
• We are not liable for damages resulting from client misuse of delivered products

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

By using our website, you agree to the following:

• You will not attempt to disrupt, hack, or exploit vulnerabilities in our website
• You will not scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without written permission
• You will not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
